CEO & Co-Founder
Gil Eyal is primarily known for his role in pioneering influencer marketing back when it was still called celebrity endorsements. In his role as COO at Mobli, Gil introduced the concept of celebrity investments in startups and technology companies to the world, by obtaining financing for cultural icons such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Lance Armstrong, Serena Williams and Tobey Maguire. Gil drove over 20 million users to Mobli by partnering with 120 different celebrities such as Lil Wayne, Adam Levine, Nash Grier, Austine Mahone, Zandaya Coleman, Stephen Curry, and many more. It was through his work at Mobli that Gil realized that influencer marketing was an untapped field and led him to create HYPR. He wanted to revolutionize influencer marketing by providing tools that help analyze the audience of every celebrity and influencer in the world, as well as automate the ability to run measurable, targeted campaigns, at scale.
CTO & Co-Founder
Guy Tamir is a coding wizard with over 10 years experience in software development, project management and architecture design. He started coding at age 13 and began his career as platoon commander at the IDF’s technological unit Mamram, teaching soldiers Algorithms, OOP, Web, DB and more. He then moved up to the rank of Commanding Officer, taking control of three programming classes. After four years teaching soldiers how to code, he was made Head of the Database and Storage team, also becoming the unit’s Honorary Officer. After his military career, Guy worked as a freelance developer working on projects such aswww.thebirthdaymaster.com and projects for Each-LTD which was acquired by AutoDesk. It was while he was freelancing, he started working with Gil Eyal on HYPR the leading influencer analytics platform.
VP of FinanceAs VP of Finance, Yossi juggles budgets and costs management, sets aggressive financial goals, and measure performance.He brings more than 10 years of tech experience, in both public and pre IPO companies.Most recently he built the corporate FP&A function at Eventbrite, scaling the team, leading the implementation of the company’s financial systems, creating analysis and commentary for BOD and investors meetings, and working with the executive team on strategic projects. Prior to that he spent 2.5 years with SanDisk’s corporate FP&A team, working directly with the CFO and executive team members on a wide variety of projects. He earned an MBA from Kellogg, and a Bsc & Msc in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Jonathan has over 7 years of beauty experience working across, photo production, model management, and talent procurement. Jonathan joined HYPR in June of 2015, having spent four years at Platinum Rye Entertainment working in the Beauty Division servicing P&G’s beauty portfolio, spear heading new business for their in-house casting division and Platinum Rye’s office in Tel Aviv, both of which he was instrumental in developing. Prior to Platinum Rye Jonathan worked in the Commercial Beauty Division of Innovative Artists, supporting the division in placing models into TV commercials, scripted series, and commercial campaigns.
Vice President, Director of Product,
Jarett Sims is a full stack web developer, UI designer, and big vision thinker. His unique combination of skills, in addition to 5+ years of Product Management experience, has led Jarett to excel at crafting and launching standout products. He has developed everything from Massive Multiplayer Online Games (MMO’s) to websites and native iOS and Android apps. Jarett is passionate about the influencer marketing space and leverages a firm grasp of clients’ needs and pain points to build against. He created and maintains the product roadmap for HYPR’s core platform, and has invented new revenue producing product lines by effectively collaborating cross-departmentally.
